Visitors to EngineeringENG.com (hereinafter referred to as “the site”), those who use any information on the site, and those who register as members on the site are deemed to have read, accepted, and declared the following terms of use agreement.
- Site: The site is operated by a sole proprietorship named Adil Çelik, located at Osmanlı Mah. 1709 Sk. A Block No: 5 – Inner Door No: 5 – Sincan/Ankara.
- Membership: Users who access the site and complete membership registration undertake the accuracy of their personal information. EngineeringENG.com is not responsible for incorrect login information provided during site membership.
- User Content: Users accept and declare that the information and content they add to the site are not confidential or proprietary. The site reserves the right to use the information and content added to publicly accessible areas.
- Account Security: Site membership is individual and cannot be transferred or sold to third parties or institutions. Otherwise, the site may suspend the user’s account.
- Liability: Users are responsible for disputes arising from their own mistakes. The site has no obligation to monitor such situations.
- Violation: In the event of a breach of this agreement, the user causing the harm is responsible for covering all losses and damages to the aggrieved party.
- Billing: The site issues invoices for the services provided in exchange for income. EngineeringENG.com issues VAT-inclusive invoices to sellers for commissions earned from mediated sales.
- Taxes: Users may be subject to tax payments as a result of transactions made on the site. The site is not responsible for these situations. All tax liabilities and other deductions are the responsibility of the individuals.
- Technical Issues: EngineeringENG.com is not responsible for problems or errors arising from technical malfunctions.
- Right to Terminate Access: The site reserves the right to remove users from the system without any notice if deemed necessary.

- Jurisdiction: The Courts and Execution Offices of Ankara Courthouse are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from or related to the application or interpretation of these terms.
