Delivery and Returns Terms
DELIVERY
Your requests are processed for delivery after the order is confirmed. Your order is handed over to the courier company within a maximum of 5 (five) business days after confirmation. The delivery of many digital products, on the other hand, is completed within 24 hours. For non-digital products, the status of your shipment can be tracked using the tracking number provided at the end of your order. The products that are the subject of the contract are delivered by the courier company determined by the SELLER to the BUYER. The shipping fee and, if applicable, the shipping insurance fee are added to the invoice amount. The BUYER accepts and undertakes to pay these fees in advance.
After the payment transaction, the delivery time of the products subject to the contract can vary from 1 day to 2 weeks. The SELLER is not responsible for damages that may occur during Shipping and Delivery. If the BUYER notices any damage when the product is delivered, he/she has the right not to accept the cargo. In case of damages that may occur during the cargo transportation or losses of use, the BUYER should return the product/products to the courier officer by having a damage determination report (minutes) prepared at the time of delivery without approving the delivery receipt. Otherwise, the BUYER will be responsible for the damages resulting from cargo damages or losses of use, and the product cannot be returned. If the error in the product is determined to have occurred before shipping and delivery, the process of replacing the product and re-shipping takes a maximum of 7 business days after the damaged product reaches the SELLER’s warehouse. If there is a situation arising from the product not being able to be supplied, the SELLER will refund the payment to the BUYER under the conditions written in this contract.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within (7) days after the product subject to the contract is delivered to him/her or the person/organization at the address indicated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is required to notify EngineerENG.com by fax, email, or telephone within this period and that the product has not been used within the framework of the relevant article provisions. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER along with the cargo delivery report example that shows the product has been sent to EngineerENG.com. The product price is refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the BUYER.
Non-refundability of Digital Products and Licenses
It is hereby agreed and acknowledged by the Buyer that any digital products or licenses, including but not limited to software, digital documents, e-books, online courses, and game codes, delivered by the Seller to the Buyer are not eligible for return or refund once delivered. This clause applies due to the nature of digital goods and services, which cannot be returned. The Buyer understands and accepts that once the delivery of the digital product or license has been completed, the sale is considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. This provision is in accordance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards concerning the sale of digital goods and services.
Products by their nature that cannot be returned, digital products, single-use products, copyable software and programs, products that deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date has passed, are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal for all kinds of software and programs, consumables (Line Carriers, Marking Pens, etc.), is subject to the condition that the product packaging is not opened, damaged, and the product has not been used.
Moreover, consumers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for goods that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or made personal by making changes or additions.
If the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, the consumer can request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card was used illegally and without the consent of the consumer. In this case, the issuing institution refunds the payment amount to the consumer within 10 days after the objection is reported to it.
By agreeing to these terms on EngineerENG.com, you are acknowledging and accepting all conditions outlined regarding delivery, return, and specifically the non-refundability of digital products and licenses.
